4 1/2 months of acupunture!
This past Thursday began my 18th week since I began acupuncture. My appointment went well. I asked LAc about Maya Abdomina Massage because I had previously heard of it and she said if I did find someone, to make sure it is someone that knows what they are doing. Although, she clarified that she does not recommend it. She said there are some exercises, like Yoga, that work on readjusting the uterus to the proper position, if it is tilted. Here are the herbs for this week:
