28th week of Acupuncture

I saw LAc on Saturday. I am now on the 28th week of acupuncture (making it, what? 7 months of treatment!". That is just unbelievable. Saturday, Sunday and Monday I am to take the following herbs:

  • Indian Bread (Poria--Fuling)
  • Red Peony Root (Radix Paeoniae Rubra--Chishao)
  • White Peony Root (Radix Paeoniae Alba--Baishao)
  • Zi Shi Ying (Fluoritum-ore)--from a different mfg

Tuesday through Friday, I am to take these herbs:
