I was a bit disappointed, but RE said sometimes another one will show later. He really thought it would be twins since my first beta was so high. Either way, so long as it's one healthy baby I am very content. It was still a bit too early, RE said, but we were able to see the gestational sac clearly. The yolk sac you can see if you really look into the light, but he said usually that is not clear until 5W4D and I am at 5W3D (would it make that big of a difference?).
It was so funny. After the RE walked out of the room, DH was wondering why he didn't get a picture. So he's checking out the u/s machine and finds a button that says "print" and presses it. OMG, I ran out of there as quickly as I could. I just knew he would break it! So the picture comes out and he tears it off and walks out like no big deal. It was hilarious.
Anyway, I am scheduled for my 2nd U/S on 2/14 and a 3rd one the week after. He said we should be able to see lots of growth within the next 2 weeks. It's like another 2ww for me!
Tomorrow, I"m off to IVIg, so hopefully the little guy will stay stuck and grow quickly and healthy.

Congratulations...that is fantastic news. You would be surprised at how much difference one day or two days can make....and much of it depends on exactly when implantation occurred.
CONGRATS again!!!
